• Lead the Bangalore SerDes design center with hiring and planning.
• Drive 100+G-per-lane SerDes tech and clocking innovations.
• Own foundation IP development, analogue/mixed-signal blocks.
• Scale the organization and recruit engineering talent.
• Ensure rigorous design processes and silicon quality.
• Collaborate across global engineering sites.
