Job summary

Ad Hoc LLC is seeking a Senior Director, Client Growth & Strategy for HHS. This hybrid role leads growth, capture, and account strategies across HHS, leveraging deep federal health knowledge and relationships to convert opportunities into booked business.

You will guide cross-functional pursuit teams, shape pre-solicitation strategies, and articulate differentiated solutions across digital modernization, cloud, data, and AI to senior leaders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 10+ years of relevant professional experience.
• Experience supporting HHS or federal health market in growth, capture, or account leadership.
• Strong executive communication, relationship management, negotiation and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute growth strategies across HHS and priority divisions and programs.
• Lead capture, pursuit strategies, and multi-year pipeline development for HHS accounts.
• Maintain relationships with HHS executives and program leaders to identify opportunities.
• Shape opportunities pre-RFP, coordinate cross-functional pursuit teams, and present to leadership.
• Forecast pipeline, manage risks, and drive bookings while leveraging contract vehicles.
