Job summary

Ad Hoc LLC seeks a Senior Director for Client Growth & Strategy, HHS, to shape growth across HHS programs and manage a multi-year pipeline. You will lead capture, develop customer plans, and coordinate cross-functional teams to win and deliver complex federal health solutions.

You will leverage deep HHS knowledge, executive communication, and strong relationships to expand opportunities and drive bookings in a hybrid, nationwide environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 10+ years of relevant professional experience.
• Significant experience supporting HHS or the federal health market.
• Proven ability to develop growth strategies and qualified pipeline.
• Strong relationships with HHS executives, partners, and industry.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute growth strategies across HHS and programs.
• Lead capture and pursuit activities from qualification to award.
• Build multi-year HHS pipeline aligned with growth goals.
• Manage relationships with executives, partners, and government customers.
• Lead multidisciplinary pursuit teams and coordinate strategy.
