Job summary

Ad Hoc LLC is seeking a Senior Director of Client Growth and Strategy, HHS, in a hybrid Washington, DC-area role. You will shape and execute growth strategy across HHS, leveraging deep mission knowledge, relationships, and federal capture expertise to build a multi-year pipeline and win outcomes.

You will lead pursuit teams, coordinate with technical and delivery leaders, and translate program delivery success into ongoing account growth, while navigating acquisition strategies and competitive

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 10+ years of relevant professional experience.
• Significant experience supporting HHS or the federal health market.
• Strong understanding of the full federal growth lifecycle from account planning through bookings.
• Experience leading multidisciplinary teams through complex federal pursuits.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute growth strategies across HHS and priority HHS Operating Divisions and programs.
• Lead strategic HHS pursuits from early identification through capture, proposal, and award.
• Maintain momentum and accountability throughout the pursuit lifecycle with a focus on converting pipeline into booked business.
• Present HHS account strategy, pipeline, pursuits, risks, and investment recommendations to senior leadership.
