Job summary

Ad Hoc LLC seeks a Senior Director of Client Growth and Strategy, HHS, to shape and execute growth across the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services.

You will drive qualification, capture, and pursuit strategy, leveraging deep HHS knowledge and executive relationships to convert pipeline into bookings. Successful candidates bring federal health experience, exceptional leadership, and the ability to manage multi-year, multi-team efforts in a hybrid work environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 10+ years of relevant professional experience.
• Significant experience supporting HHS or the federal health market through business development, capture, delivery, consulting, technology, account leadership, or a combination of these areas.
• Strong understanding of the full federal growth lifecycle from account planning and opportunity identification through capture, proposal, award, and bookings.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute growth strategies across HHS and priority HHS Operating Divisions.
• Identify whitespace and expand into adjacent programs, offices, and Operating Divisions.
• Lead multidisciplinary pursuit teams through capture, proposal, and award processes.
• Maintain momentum and accountability for pipeline development and bookings.
