Job summary

Alvarez & Marsal (A&M) is a global consulting firm hiring for a Healthcare Industry Group role in the US. You will lead M&A lifecycle engagements, including due diligence, integration, and value optimization for healthcare clients.

We seek high-energy leaders with 8+ years in healthcare consulting, strong Excel/PowerPoint skills, and experience with financial modeling, benchmarking, and BI tools. Travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills are required.
• MBA/MS or BA/BS in Accounting or Finance preferred; healthcare-related focus a plus.
• Experience with M&A deal models and due diligence preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead healthcare consulting engagements focusing on M&A, integration planning, and value realization.
• Develop and test hypotheses around value levers in transactions.
• Prepare client-ready analyses, dashboards, and visuals to support decision making.
• Mentor junior staff and manage engagement delivery and budgeting.
