You will supervise interviews, data gathering, modeling, and delivery of insights to clients, while coordinating with deal teams across finance, HR, and IT.

Seeking a high-energy leader with 8+ years in healthcare consulting or operations, strong Excel/PowerPoint skills, and the ability to travel.

Qualifications

• Eight+ years in healthcare consulting or healthcare operations.
• Experience with M&A transactions and/or healthcare operations.
• Ability to work under pressure with strict timelines.
• Strong communication with clients at all levels.

Responsibilities

• Lead healthcare client engagements through full M&A lifecycle.
• Develop hypotheses on value levers in transactions.
• Conduct interviews with senior stakeholders and analyze financial data.
• Define operating models and support transaction execution.
• Mentor junior staff and manage project teams.
