Qualifications

• Eight years of healthcare consulting or healthcare industry experience.
• Experience with M&A transactions.
• Advanced Excel proficiency and financial modeling.
• Excellent verbal and written skills.
• Willingness to travel.
• BA/BS degree and/or MBA/MS in Accounting, Finance, or related healthcare fields.
• Professional certifications such as CPA or CFA are a plus.
• Advanced PowerPoint and Excel skills; experience with Visio, Tableau or Power BI, SQL, SPSS is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead clients and internal teams through the full M&A lifecycle, including due diligence and integration planning.
• Develop hypotheses around value levers in transactions based on industry experience.
• Interview senior stakeholders and rapidly analyze financial and operational data.
• Support Day 1 planning, operating model definition and transaction execution.
• Identify value creation opportunities and optimize organizational structures.
• Improve client tracking tools and develop KPIs for performance improvements.
• Manage project teams, assign responsibilities, and coach junior staff.
• Engage in c-suite and board level discussions on strategic initiatives and challenges.
