We seek an experienced healthcare consultant to drive value, manage engagements, and mentor junior staff while traveling as needed to serve clients across the United States.

Qualifications

• Eight (8) years of healthcare consulting or healthcare operations experience.
• Advanced Excel proficiency and financial modeling.
• Willingness to travel as required.
• Professional certifications (CPA/CFA) a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead clients and internal teams through the full M&A lifecycle, including due diligence and integration planning.
• Develop hypotheses around value levers in transactions based on industry experience.
• Interact with senior clients and stakeholders to drive outcomes.
• Analyze financial and operational data to identify value opportunities.
• Support Day 1 planning and operating model definition.
