The role requires leadership experience, strong knowledge of food production, sanitation, cost controls, and P&L accountability; ServSafe certification is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent years of experience.
• Minimum of five years of proven leadership expertise.
• Two to four years of direct foodservice operational management experience with inventory and purchasing knowledge.
