Job summary

Edwards Lifesciences seeks a Senior Director of Health Systems Partnerships to proactively identify and maintain trusted partnerships with IDN decision makers, align internal resources, and drive value-based programs. You will lead pricing, contract negotiations, and program execution while collaborating with Sales and GHER leadership.

Ideal candidates bring deep healthcare and medical device experience, strong strategic mindset, and proven ability to influence executives.

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in related field, 14 years of related experience.
Master's Degree or equivalent in related field, 12 years of related experience.

Responsibilities

Lead the partnership strategy at assigned health systems with IDN executives, service line, quality and data leaders.
Develop strategic relationships with IDN healthcare executives, service line leaders and clinicians.
Align internal commercial and customer resources to address customer needs and ensure successful integration of selected solutions.
Lead the execution of program sales strategy within targets, including RFP processes, business reviews, and contract negotiations.
Drive awareness of the economic and patient value of Edwards Transcatheter products to decision makers.
Prepare, analyze and implement program pricing terms and conditions.
Flexible with where candidate is based; travel up to 40%.
