Job summary

Edwards Lifesciences is seeking a Senior Director of Health Systems Partnerships to identify, develop, and maintain trusted partnerships with IDN executives and clinical leaders. You will align Edwards resources to address customer needs, manage RFPs and contracts, and drive value-based programs across targeted health systems.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in related field required; 14+ years of related experience preferred.
Master's degree or equivalent in related field; 12+ years of related experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Lead partnership strategy at assigned health systems with IDN executives and clinicians.
Engage with hospital-level KOLs and report progress and impact to stakeholders.
Align internal resources to meet customer needs and manage program sales strategy.
Drive awareness of economic and patient value of Edwards Transcatheter products.
