• Comfortable across time zones and cultures in a distributed team.

Responsibilities

• Act as trusted advisor to the SVP, ESBP for COO/go-to-market org.
• Lead operating rhythm, cadence, agendas, tracking, and follow-through.
• Own strategic planning framework (V2MOM) with quarterly progress.
• Translate strategic goals into actionable workstreams across functions.
• Coordinate initiatives ensuring connectivity across regions.
• Prepare executive materials for leadership reviews.
• Manage cross-functional communications across a distributed team.
• Represent SVP in internal meetings and drive alignment.
• Lead cross-functional change initiatives in people strategy.
• Exercise judgment and maintain confidentiality on sensitive matters.
