PSI Services is seeking a Senior Director, Strategy & Execution who will own go-to-market strategy and governance for PSI’s global assessment business, shaping multi-year roadmaps across direct, channel, and partner routes. You will lead the channel, alliances, and partner marketing functions, partnering with enterprise Alliances to develop joint GTM strategies and scale execution across geographies.

This role sits on the leadership team and collaborates with product, marketing, and revenue

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, economics, or strategy; MBA preferred.
• 12+ years in strategy, go-to-market, or commercial roles with senior leadership.
• Experience designing planning cycles, operating cadences, and governance.
• Proven ability to size opportunities, test markets, and build growth bets.
• Strong global market experience with partner-driven go-to-market models.

Aufgaben

• Own the go-to-market strategy across all motions and routes to market, translating objectives into roadmaps.
• Lead strategic planning cycle for the commercial organization aligning priorities with growth and revenue targets.
• Provide strategic counsel to senior leadership, surfacing trade-offs and ensuring coherence across regions.
• Own the long-range plan, growth bets, and market testing across planning horizon.
• Design and run the operating cadence with governance, KPIs, milestones, and stage gates.
• Lead channel, alliances, and partner marketing, including enablement and joint GTM with strategic partners.
• Develop cross-functional programs end-to-end and scale execution via Strategy Enablement/PMO.
• Coach and develop the Strategy & Execution team and build high-accountability culture.
• Own reporting on strategy delivery to executives and continuously improve processes.
