• Build and maintain the integrated GTM model linking marketing spend, pipeline, revenue, and ROI.
• Coordinate top-down goals with bottom-up assumptions to create a credible financial path.
• Ensure GTM plans, investments, and capacity align with company objectives.
• Model performance across growth motions including product-led and managed sales.
• Develop scenarios to evaluate trade-offs across investments, hiring, channel mix, and product mix.
