This role partners with the GTM org to translate revenue data into actionable strategy, establishing a CoE as the authoritative GTM data source and owning end-to-end standardization of forecasting and pipeline management. Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or related GTM leadership roles, with at least 5 years in senior management.
• Proven track record of scaling revenue operations in high-growth B2B SaaS or technology companies.
• Deep expertise in CRM systems, marketing automation, customer success platforms, and BI tools.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Establish & Govern the CoE: design and lead the centralized Center of Excellence, the Global Reporting Hub for revenue metrics and GTM data.
• Global Forecasting & Process Ownership: standardize forecasting methodology and improve forecast accuracy across regions.
• Strategic Intelligence: provide high-level analyses and narratives to executives about GTM health and opportunities.
• Drive Optimization: investigate variances and formulate data-backed action plans for improvement.
• Field Enablement: empower Revenue Operations partners with validated insights for change.
• Technology Collaboration: manage GTM tech stack and evaluate new tools for scale.
• Leadership: lead, mentor, and scale a high-performing Revenue Operations team.
