Job summary

Everway is seeking a Director, Revenue Operations to own GTM analytics, forecasting, and sales performance reporting. You will partner with GTM leadership to provide clear visibility into performance and drive the operating rhythm across planning, reviews, and board materials.

You will build scalable systems and models, collaborate with finance, data, and marketing, and lead initiatives to maximize revenue efficiency. Remote USA, preference for Eastern Time Zone.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in revenue operations, GTM analytics, or related field
• Experience owning forecasting, reporting, and performance metrics for GTM
• Advanced SQL proficiency for CRM and data warehouses
• Experience with CRM and analytics systems, ideally Salesforce
• Experience leading cross-functional initiatives to improve efficiency

Responsibilities

• Own GTM analytics and reporting for pipeline, forecast, and sales performance.
• Lead forecasting processes with models and cadences to improve accuracy.
• Drive cadence of GTM reporting and regular business reviews.
• Lead annual and yearly planning cycles for GTM and coordinate inputs.
• Prepare inputs for operating reviews and board decks with executive-ready narratives.
• Partner with finance, data, and marketing to identify friction and drive improvements.
• Develop key KPIs to measure GTM productivity and health.
• Identify trends, risks, and opportunities in GTM data and recommend improvements.
