Procore Technologies is seeking a Sr. Director Insights & Analytics to join the Corporate Strategy and Operations team.

This role is a central strategic partner for the Go-to-Market organization, translating global revenue data into measurable operational strategy that drives growth and accelerates GTM performance. You will establish the CoE as the authoritative source for GTM intelligence, oversee forecasting and performance governance, conduct root-cause analyses, and drive end-to-end

Qualifications

• Deep expertise in CRM systems, BI tools, and data-driven decision making.
• Proven leadership in Revenue/Sales Operations or GTM analytics.
• Bachelor’s degree; MBA preferred for strategic leadership.

Responsibilities

• Establish and govern the CoE as the Global Reporting Hub for revenue metrics.
• Oversee Global Forecasting methodology and process governance.
• Provide proactive analysis and narratives to the executive team.
• Drive data-backed action plans to improve performance.
• Enable Revenue Ops partners with validated insights.
• Collaborate with Revenue Tech on CRM/BI stack and new tools.
• Lead and scale a high-performing Revenue Operations team.
