Job summary

Temporal is seeking a Director of GTM Strategy and Analytics to architect our global growth engine. You will lead data-driven GTM planning, build headcount and territory models, and partner with Finance and GTM leaders to power strategic decisions.

You will translate complex data into the strategic roadmap, deploy predictive models, and drive executive-level storytelling. Remote, US-based with international collaboration and equity participation.

Qualifications

• 8-10+ years in an analytical GTM role (planning/analytics) in SaaS/infrastructure.
• Strong operational modelling, statistics, and quantitative reasoning.
• Proficient in SQL and Salesforce; familiar with modern GTM tech stacks.
• Experience with data processing/query engines (e.g. AWS Athena).
• Knowledge of SaaS metrics: Magic Number, CAC Payback, LTV/CAC, NRR.
• Leads cross-functional projects and communicates with executives.

Responsibilities

• Deliver quarterly business reviews and data-driven GTM recommendations.
• Lead annual/semi-annual planning: headcount, territory design, quotas.
• Build headcount and capacity models to achieve revenue targets.
• Design and optimize sales territories for broad market coverage.
• Collaborate with Data to deploy predictive models and BI reports.
• Communicate insights to executives and board-level discussions.
