Job summary

Temporal Technologies seeks a Director of GTM Strategy and Analytics to architect our global growth engine. You will translate data into the strategic GTM roadmap, deploy field structures, and measure success across Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Data.

You will partner with executives to build models powering headcount, territory optimization, and quota setting, while delivering actionable insights for board and investor discussions. This is a remote US opportunity with equity eligibility.

Qualifications

• 8-10+ years in analytical GTM planning, strategy, or analytics in high-growth SaaS.
• Strong basis in operational modeling and quantitative reasoning for B2B.
• Proficient in SQL and Salesforce; familiar with modern GTM stacks.
• Experience with data processing engines to extract insights (e.g., AWS Athena).
• Knowledge of SaaS metrics: Magic Number, CAC Payback, LTV/CAC, NRR.
• Hands-on with territory management tools and quota setting at scale.
• Ability to prototype complex models in Excel/Sheets and scale to BI.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality analytical outputs for quarterly business reviews and GTM leadership.
• Lead annual and semi-annual planning cycles: headcount models, territory design, quotas.
• Build and maintain headcount and capacity models to hit revenue targets.
• Design and optimize sales territories for equitable coverage across segments.
• Collaborate with Data to deploy predictive models and BI reporting.
• Analyze health of the sales pipeline and marketing funnel for growth indicators.
• Monitor sales productivity trends and define what good looks like.
• Conduct TAM/SAM/white space analyses to identify expansion opportunities.
• Communicate insights clearly to executives and stakeholders.
