Job summary

Procore, a leader in construction software, seeks a Sr. Director Insights & Analytics to partner with Corporate Strategy and Operations. You will translate global revenue data into strategy, establish the CoE for GTM intelligence, and own end-to-end standardization of GTM motions including forecasting and pipeline management.

Travel is light (10-20%), primarily US-based, with remote working options. You will report to the VP, Revenue Operations and join immediately.

Qualifications

• 12+ years in Revenue/Sales Ops or GTM leadership roles with at least 5 years in senior management.
• Proven track record of scaling revenue ops in high-growth B2B SaaS/tech firms.
• Deep expertise in CRM systems, marketing automation, CS platforms, and BI tools.
• Strong analytics translating data into actionable insights.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management.
• Bachelor's degree; MBA preferred.

Responsibilities

• Establish and govern the Center of Excellence as the global revenue metrics hub.
• Oversee global forecasting methodology and process, improving forecast accuracy.
• Provide proactive analysis and executive-level narratives on GTM health and opportunities.
• Drive data-backed action plans to improve processes and operations.
• Serve as analytical resource for Revenue Operations partners.
• Collaborate with Revenue Tech to manage CRM/BI tools and scale tools.
• Lead, mentor, and scale a high-performing Revenue Operations team.
