Job summary

Wrike, the leading work management platform, seeks a Senior Director, Growth & Demand Marketing to own the global demand engine from US remote. You will design and drive multi-channel campaigns, ABM programs, events, and field marketing to accelerate enterprise pipeline growth.

You will partner with Sales, Product Marketing, Paid Digital, Content, and Creative teams, leveraging AI tools to optimize demand-gen strategies and accelerate revenue growth while leading a high-performing team.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree or equivalent professional experience.
• 10+ years in B2B demand generation and growth marketing leadership at a SaaS company.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multi-year strategic roadmaps and budgets.

Responsibilities

• Lead integrated campaigns, field marketing, ABM and events to drive pipeline.
• Oversee demand-gen funnel, measurement, and optimization across teams.
• Partner with Sales, Product Marketing, and Creative to align on strategy and execution.
• Scale enterprise ABM programs and major events, including flagship conferences.
