Job summary

Wrike, a leading work management platform, seeks a Senior Director of Growth & Demand Marketing to own global demand programs, scale ABM, and drive enterprise pipeline growth. You will partner with Sales, Product Marketing, and Creative teams to design data-driven campaigns that position Wrike as the essential work management system of record.

This is a US remote role with global impact. You will lead integrated campaigns, field marketing, ABM, and events, while mentoring a high-performing team

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive B2B demand generation and growth marketing leadership experience in SaaS.
• Deep expertise in buyer journey mapping, lead management, pipeline acceleration.
• Omnichannel approach: lifecycle marketing, email, webinars, digital, content syndication, enterprise campaigns.
• Strategic with execution balance; aligns with enterprise sales and executives.
• Analytical with proficiency in marketing automation and demand gen metrics.
• Experience marketing to enterprise buying committees is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead integrated campaigns, field marketing, ABM and events.
• Oversee event portfolio and ensure alignment with sales follow-up.
• Partner with Sales and Product Marketing to maximize pipeline ROI.
• Define KPIs and optimize campaign performance.
• Drive AI tools and automation to scale campaigns and personalization.
• Lead and develop a high-performing marketing team.
