Job summary

Anduril Industries seeks a Senior Director, Program Director — Ground Maneuver to lead the development and deployment of unmanned ground vehicles, robotic platforms, and soldier-borne hardware for DoD programs.

You will coordinate interfaces, drive schedules and budgets, ensure regulatory compliance, and manage a program management team across multiple production and integration teams to deliver fielded solutions for military customers.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years experience managing the development of complex electromechanical or vehicle-based systems throughout the product lifecycle.
• Proven track record of successfully managing complex, multi-million-dollar hardware deliveries and on-time, on-budget completion.
• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present complex information clearly and concisely.

Responsibilities

• Own the development and deployment of ground maneuver systems to meet DoW needs.
• Lead program managers and coordinate hardware production and platform integration teams.
• Develop relationships with DoW customers and partners to shape solutions and accelerate fielding.
