Job summary

Anduril Industries is seeking a Senior Director, Program Director for Ground Maneuver to lead the end-to-end development of unmanned ground systems and soldier platforms. You will drive integration, ensure schedule and cost controls, and partner with Army and Marine Corps stakeholders to field capabilities.

You will oversee cross-functional teams, manage risk, and implement processes to accelerate delivery while maintaining regulatory and environmental compliance.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years experience managing the development of complex electromechanical or vehicle-based systems throughout the product lifecycle.
• Proven track record of successfully managing complex, multi-million-dollar, high-volume hardware deliveries and driving their on-time, on-budget completion.
• Strong strategic thinking, analytical, and problem-solving abilities with the ability to move between tactical and 30,000 ft level.
• Experience coordinating multiple internal and external teams within a complex engineering or technology-focused organization.
• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present complex information clearly to diverse audiences.
• Experience assisting in budget creation and process cost optimization.
• Eligible to obtain and maintain an active U.S. Top Secret security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Own the development and deployment of ground maneuver systems—unmanned ground vehicles, robotic platforms, and soldier-borne hardware.
• Oversee integration of communications, computing, sensors, and effectors onto platforms with open-architecture compliance.
• Lead program managers to meet schedules, budgets, quality, and regulatory requirements.
• Build trusted relationships with DoW customers, including Army and Marines program offices and units.
• Autonomously execute on broad and ambiguous requirements to deliver outcomes on multiple programs.
• Develop lightweight processes, tools, and metrics for planning, risk management, and communication.
• Manage government test and evaluation, including soldier touchpoints and live-fire trials.
• Partner with leadership to grow the Ground Maneuver portfolio with DoW and allied programs.
