Job summary

Anduril Industries seeks an engineering leader to guide the Maneuver Dominance program at the Costa Mesa HQ. You will drive integration of Thunder mission systems across vehicle, payload, and weapon interfaces, coordinating with program leaders and external vendors to ensure traceability from customer inputs to technical decisions.

Qualifications

Experience delivering a military mission system.
Experience managing large engineering teams.
Experience with distributed software architectures.
Experience with modeling and simulation.
Familiarity with MOSA/WOSA, STANAG, MIL-STD protocols.

Responsibilities

Own the mission system’s interoperability and open‑architecture posture, including MOSA/WOSA alignment and STANAG interoperability.
Define and own ICDs for MIL-STD-1760 and MIL-STD-1553 between mission and payload/weapon vendors.
Lead cross‑functional teams to design, develop, test, and deliver mission systems for Thunder platform.
Drive architecture selection, hardware compute/storage/network choices, and MOSA/WOSA considerations.
Travel up to 25% to co‑locate with end‑users and teams.
