Job summary

Anduril Industries seeks an engineering leader to guide the Maneuver Dominance program at the Costa Mesa HQ. Qualifications

• Experience delivering a military mission system.
• Experience managing large engineering teams.
• Experience with distributed software architectures.
• Experience with modeling and simulation.
• Familiarity with MOSA/WOSA, STANAG, MIL-STD protocols.

Responsibilities

• Own the mission system’s interoperability and open‑architecture posture, including MOSA/WOSA alignment and STANAG interoperability.
• Define and own ICDs for MIL-STD-1760 and MIL-STD-1553 between mission and payload/weapon vendors.
• Lead cross‑functional teams to design, develop, test, and deliver mission systems for Thunder platform.
• Drive architecture selection, hardware compute/storage/network choices, and MOSA/WOSA considerations.
• Travel up to 25% to co‑locate with end‑users and teams.
