Job summary

Anduril Industries is seeking a Staff Technical Program Manager for Air Dominance & Strike. You will lead development programs across R&D to contract closure, owning cost and schedule while coordinating with the Chief Engineer and government partners.

You will drive execution with a systems mindset, manage multiple programs, and foster a collaborative, high‑performance environment to deliver cutting‑edge autonomous weapons software and hardware solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum of 10 years experience managing development of complex technical systems.
• Proven track record of managing multi‑million dollar projects and on‑time, on‑budget delivery.
• Strong strategic, analytical, problem‑solving abilities with ability to operate at both tactical and 30,000 ft levels.
• Experience coordinating multiple internal and external teams within a complex org.
• Exceptional communication skills, written and verbal, with diverse audiences.
• Eligible to obtain and maintain an active U.S. Top Secret security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Own the development and deployment of Anduril’s Air Dominance & Strike technologies to meet DoD needs.
• Develop strong relationships with DoD customers and maintain tight feedback loops for rapid iteration.
• Autonomously execute on broad or ambiguous requirements to deliver multiple programs on time and budget.
• Monitor progress across cost, schedule, and resources; make tradeoffs for best outcomes.
• Implement lightweight processes, tools, and metrics for planning, risk, and communication.
• Be a trusted partner to engineers and foster a high‑performance culture.
• Identify recruitment opportunities to strengthen team capabilities and roadmap investments.
• Collaborate on pricing strategies for proposals and refine the strategic roadmap.
