SES Space & Defense is seeking a Manager, Business Development to expand its presence with the DoD, IC, and broader U.S. government markets.

The role emphasizes customer relationship development, pursuit strategies, and revenue growth across space and connectivity solutions, working with engineering, program management, and executive leadership. Ideal candidates will have a Bachelor's in a related field and 5+ years in government markets, with DoD/IC experience or ability to obtain clearance.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Cyber, Intelligence, Aeronautics, Engineering, or related field or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of relevant business development, capture, or government market experience.
• Experience supporting the DoD, Intelligence Community, NASA, DISA, SDA, or similar; ability to obtain DoD clearance preferred.
• Government contracting, acquisition, and budgeting processes.
• Excellent planning, organizational, project management, and time management capabilities.

• Promote and foster continued business development opportunities with existing customers.
• Expand and grow the business base by developing new customer relationships.
• Support short- and long-term strategic plans to meet revenue and earnings objectives.
• Maintain accuracy of bookings forecasts and keep CRM up to date.
• Visit and prospect new and existing customers regularly.
