Job summary

BeOne Medicines Ltd. is seeking a Senior Director of Portfolio and Project Management Lead, fully remote in the US. You will guide the global portfolio for oncology programs, align cross-functional teams, and optimize delivery on the Clinical SuperHighway with external partners.

Travel up to 20% is expected. The role requires a Master’s degree (PhD preferred) with 10+ years in drug development or related fields, and strong leadership in a multicultural setting.

Qualifications

• Experience leading global, cross-functional drug development portfolios.
• Strong leadership in multicultural, international teams.
• PMP certification is a plus; oncology/hematology experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and govern the portfolio and program management strategy.
• Lead global project planning, milestones, budgets, and KPIs.
• Drive governance, collaboration with external partners, and risk management.
