BeOne Medicines Ltd. is seeking a Clinical Development Lead to strategize and oversee clinical programs for partnership assets under the Development SuperHighway. You will lead scientific and regulatory alignment across global teams to ensure timely, high-quality study delivery.

The role requires extensive oncology clinical development experience, leadership skills, and English fluency, with up to 20% travel. This remote opportunity supports BeOne’s global development efforts.

Qualifications

• MD or DO degree or equivalent in a related discipline.
• Minimum 6+ years of clinical development experience including 5+ years in oncology.
• Experience working in a global environment and immuno-oncology knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop clinical program strategy and plans for partnership programs.
• Provide scientific leadership and collaboration with core-team members.
• Oversee study design reviews, data interpretation, and reporting.
• Build investigator networks and coordinate with advisory boards.
• Mentor Execution Unit teams and CRO staff to ensure quality and timelines.
