Job summary

BeOne Medicines Ltd. is seeking an experienced program manager to lead oncology drug development and lifecycle management. You will partner with the Team Lead to shape global development strategies and establish clear processes for program teams.

You will drive strategic decisions, manage budgets, deliver high-quality project work, and collaborate across functions to meet patient and company goals. PMP is a plus; travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or higher with 7+ years in clinical and drug development in biotech/pharma.
• PMP certification a plus; strong cross-functional leadership and communication.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute projects per global asset development strategy.
• Facilitate alignment with functions and stakeholders across project teams.
• Develop, validate, and maintain integrated project plans in enterprise system.
• Provide visuals of project plans for teams and stakeholders.
• Ensure team understanding and achievement of milestones and deliverables.
• Plan, track, and manage milestones, dependencies, and critical path.
• Lead team planning sessions and define project scope for global alignment.
• Implement good project and risk management practices.
• Oversee budget planning and control for projects.
• Coordinate with internal collaborators to deliver high-quality work.
• Schedule team meetings, prepare agendas and minutes, track actions and progress.
• Take on additional responsibilities such as alliance management and steering oversight.
