Job summary

BeOne Medicines is seeking an experienced Senior Program Manager to lead oncology drug development and guide product lifecycle management. You will partner with a Team Lead to shape global development strategies, establish robust program processes, and drive decisions that align with company priorities and patient needs.

The role emphasizes cross-functional collaboration, governance, and continuous improvement to deliver high-quality outcomes across complex projects.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree with 10+ years’ experience in clinical and drug development in biotech/pharmaceutical industry.
Master’s Degree or above with 7+ years’ experience in clinical and drug development in biotech/pharmaceutical industry.
PMP certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

Lead program management for oncology drug development and product lifecycle management.
Partner with Team Lead to develop global product development strategies.
Establish clear processes for program team management and communication.
Drive strategic team decision-making and delivery of team goals and objectives.
Lead process improvement initiatives and optimize team efficiency, quality and performance.
Collaborate with team to deliver on commitments to the organization and to patients.
