Job summary

BeOne Medicines seeks a Global Program Management Associate Director/Director to lead lifecycle management of drug development and drive global product development strategies. You will establish processes for team management and communication, translate complex scientific data into strategic presentations, and oversee program budgets and milestones.

Ideal candidates will have 8+ years in biotech/pharma clinical development, PMP a plus, and strong proficiency with MS Office. Travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree with 8+ years’ experience in clinical and drug development in biotech/pharmaceuticals.
• Master’s Degree or higher with 6+ years’ experience in clinical and drug development in biotech/pharmaceuticals.
• PMP certification a plus.
• Efficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute programs in line with development strategy.
• Develop, track and manage global development programs to milestones.
• Coordinate regular team meetings, agendas, minutes, action items and progress reports.
