Job summary

BeOne Medicines Ltd. seeks a Portfolio and Program Management Lead to drive lifecycle management of drug development and commercialization within the partnership program.

You will lead global product development strategies, establish processes for team management and communication, and drive strategic decisions to deliver on commitments to patients. The role requires 10+ years in drug development or related leadership, a Master's degree (PhD preferred), and fluency in English.

Qualifications

• Master's degree (PhD preferred) with 10+ years in drug development or commercial work
• 5+ years in leadership roles in a multicultural & international portfolio environment
• Fluent in written and verbal English
• PMP certification is a plus
• Experience in Oncology/Hematology drug development preferred
• Solid knowledge of managing large global portfolios

Responsibilities

• Develop, validate, and maintain project plans, schedules, and lead team planning sessions.
• Support partnership program leadership on goals and operational KPIs.
• Plan, track, and manage milestones, goals, KPIs, budget, dependencies, and critical path.
• Implement good project and risk management practices.
• Liaise with internal and external collaborators to deliver high-quality work product.
• Lead process improvement initiatives and build dashboards/reports.
• Manage alliance leadership for drug development partners and ensure smooth external collaboration.
• Organize core team meetings to drive efficient decision making.
