BeOne Medicines seeks a Clinical Development Lead to shape strategy and deliver global oncology partnership studies. You will guide clinical programs within the Development SuperHighway, coordinating scope, budget, and timelines across cross-functional teams.

The role requires an MD/DO with 6+ years in clinical development and 5+ years in oncology, plus strong regulatory know-how and leadership of diverse teams. Competitive compensation and comprehensive benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• MD/DO degree or equivalent required.
• Minimum 6+ years of clinical development experience including 5+ years in oncology.
• 10+ years preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop clinical development strategy and plan meeting worldwide regulatory and commercial needs.
• Lead partnership program with high-quality, compliant study execution.
• Provide scientific guidance for investigator and vendor selection and trial conduct.
• Review and interpret clinical trial data and present findings.
• Mentor Execution Unit staff and ensure quality and timelines of studies.
