Job summary

BeOne Medicines is seeking an experienced Global Program Management Associate Director/Director to own lifecycle management of drug development and lead cross-functional teams. You will develop, validate and maintain program schedules and translate science into strategic presentations, while driving risk management and process improvements.

The role requires senior-level experience in clinical and drug development, with PMP preferred and strong governance collaboration. Travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor or higher with extensive clinical and drug development experience.
• Master-level degree with substantial development experience in biotech/pharma.
• PMP certification is a plus and preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute programs in line with the development strategy.
• Develop, track and manage global development milestones.
• Coordinate team meetings, draft agendas and minutes, provide progress reports.
• Translate scientific information into high level strategic presentations.
• Identify and manage program risks and dependencies across teams.
• Develop and monitor program budgets and changes.
• Provide internal PM support to core and sub teams.
