Job summary

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Business, Finance, Healthcare Administration, or related field.
Minimum 7 years in healthcare revenue cycle, with 4+ years in leadership roles.
Strong knowledge of Medicare/Medicaid, payer practices, denials, and appeals.
Experience leading managers in a complex payer environment.

Responsibilities

Own funded collections strategy and prioritize cash acceleration, aging reduction, and write-offs.
Provide executive oversight of receivables from Medicare, Medicaid, and payers.
Design scalable collections model and drive process improvements with IT and business teams.
Build partnerships across Funding, Billing, Finance, and Compliance to improve handoffs.
Lead and develop the funded collections team with clear accountability.
Ensure compliance with policies, regulations, and privacy requirements.
