Job summary

Tobii Dynavox is seeking a Director, Funded Billing & Collections to lead a high-performing funded receivables team. The role requires steering strategy across Medicare, Medicaid, commercial payers, and patients, aligning with corporate goals and ensuring efficient cash flow.

The position is remote within US-PA with occasional travel to the Pittsburgh office. The ideal candidate will drive operational excellence, build scalable processes, and partner across Funding, Billing, Finance, Accounting,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in business, finance, or healthcare administration.
• Seven years in healthcare revenue cycle or accounts receivable, with leadership 4+ years.
• Experience leading managers or multi-layer teams and driving improvements.
• Strong knowledge of Medicare/Medicaid, commercial payer, patient receivable, denial management.
• Experience with durable medical equipment billing and payer funding preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategy and leadership for funded collections across payer and patient receivables.
• Oversee aging, write-offs, denial management, and cash acceleration.
• Partner with functions to design scalable, efficient order-to-cash processes.
• Lead executive reporting and cross-functional reviews to optimize performance.
• Develop and coach a high-performing funded collections organization.
