Tobii Dynavox LLC in Pittsburgh is seeking a Senior Director, Healthcare Payer to own the payer ecosystem strategy and contract lifecycle. This role ensures reimbursement agreements are financially optimized, operationally executable, compliant with regulatory requirements, and aligned with organizational growth objectives.

The ideal leader has deep knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, and DME reimbursement policies and partners with funding operations, revenue cycle, and legal teams.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in strategic healthcare contracting, payer relations, or reimbursement (DME strongly preferred).
• Deep understanding of Medicare/Medicaid reimbursement structures and value-based arrangements.
• Strong knowledge of federal/state regulatory requirements for DME suppliers.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement contracting strategy for payer and provider agreements across Medicare, Medicaid, Medicare MCOs, Medicare Advantage, commercial payers, ACOs, IDNs, and other DME funding channels.
• Lead negotiation, renewal, and execution of contracts; analyze terms for reimbursement and margins.
• Establish and maintain relationships with payer partners, network managers, and governmental bodies.
• Monitor federal and state healthcare regulations affecting DME; advise leadership on policy shifts.
• Ensure contracts comply with Medicare supplier standards, Anti‑Kickback Statute, False Claims Act, HIPAA, Medicaid rules.
• Identify new payer participation opportunities and alternative funding pathways.
• Collaborate with Revenue Cycle, Billing & Collections, Reimbursement, Clinical, and Finance teams for executable terms.
• Oversee contracting KPIs and payer performance trends with analytics teams.
