Job summary

Tobii Dynavox seeks a Director, Funded Billing & Collections to lead a high-performing funded collections team across Medicare, Medicaid, and commercial payers. You will drive cash acceleration, aging reduction, denial recovery, and write-off prevention while partnering with Funding, Billing, Finance, and Technology to optimize the order-to-cash lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Healthcare Administration, Accounting, or related field.
• Minimum seven years in healthcare revenue cycle, medical collections, or accounts receivable with leadership experience.
• Experience leading managers or multi-layered teams and driving improvements.
• Strong knowledge of Medicare/Medicaid, payer, patient receivables, denial management, and reimbursement practices.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute funded collections strategy aligned with company objectives.
• Lead implementation of scalable collections operating model and best practices.
• Oversee revenue cycle performance, cash collections, aging, denials, and write-offs.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless order-to-cash processes.
• Coach and develop leaders; build a high-performing funded collections organization.
• Ensure compliance with policies, controls, and regulatory requirements.
