Tobii Dynavox is seeking a Manager, Funded Billing & Collections to lead the funded collections operations and improvements across Medicare, Medicaid, commercial payer, and patient receivables. The role collaborates across Finance, Accounting, Customer Service, Compliance, Sales, and Technology to resolve barriers along the order-to-cash lifecycle.

The position requires strong leadership, data-driven decision making, and a background in healthcare revenue cycle with payer knowledge.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Healthcare Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of four years in healthcare revenue cycle, medical collections, or accounts receivable, with people leadership experience.
• Experience with durable medical equipment billing, payer funding requirements, and write-offs preferred.

Responsabilités

• Lead daily and monthly Funded Collections operations, set priorities, balance workloads, and meet cash, aging, denial, and quality objectives.
• Own and maintain standard processes for adjustments and write-offs, ensuring proper documentation and approvals.
• Lead denial, appeal, and receivable performance strategies to reduce denials and improve collectability.
• Create and govern policies, procedures, and controls to ensure compliance and audit readiness.
• Drive continuous improvement with Technology on workflow, reporting, and system enhancements.
• Build cross-functional partnerships and coach a high-performing Funded Collections team.
