Job summary

Tobii Dynavox LLC is seeking a Manager, Funded Billing & Collections to lead operations for funded insurance collections, adjust‑ment governance, denials and appeals, and to drive process improvements. This remote role requires occasional travel to the Pittsburgh office, with work scheduled weekdays in EST.

You will partner with Funding, Billing, Finance, Accounting, Customer Service, Compliance, Sales, and Technology to optimize order‑to‑cash processes and prepare for future senior leadership

Qualifications

• Experience in healthcare revenue cycle, patient receivables, denials and write-offs.
• Ability to interpret operational and financial data to drive improvements.
• Strong leadership and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily and monthly Funded Collections operations, set priorities, balance workloads and meet cash, aging, denial, and quality targets.
• Create clear performance routines, escalation pathways, and accountability across collectors and team leads.
• Monitor portfolio risk and trends, identify barriers to collectability, and implement corrective actions.
• Ensure funded insurance balances are documented and followed up with proper approvals and documentation.
• Develop leadership visibility into performance, risk, and resource needs.
