Job summary

CapMetro seeks a Senior Director of Vehicle Maintenance to lead maintenance and fleet management. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or equivalent in Business Administration, Engineering, Transportation Management, Fleet Management, or related field (year-for-year substitution).
• Twelve years of fleet maintenance/transportation operations experience, eight in a leadership role.

Responsibilities

• Provide executive leadership for Vehicle Maintenance and fleet management.
• Lead long-range fleet strategy, lifecycle planning, and capital investment planning.
• Establish performance measures and governance for maintenance and contracted services.
• Develop workforce capability and succession planning; promote safety and continuous improvement.
• Lead cross-department partnerships to align fleet investments and technology planning.
