Job summary

Go METRO seeks a Facilities Maintenance Manager to plan, organize, and direct maintenance across transit facilities, grounds, and administrative spaces. You will develop preventive programs, manage asset condition, coordinate contractors, and oversee budgets, safety, and compliance to ensure reliable, cost-effective operations.

The role requires strong leadership, data-driven decision making, and experience with CMMS systems to improve performance and asset life-cycle planning.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree in facilities management or related field preferred.
• Progressive maintenance/asset management experience required.
• Experience managing PM programs, budgets, and service contracts.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, direct, and monitor facility maintenance and repairs.
• Develop and improve preventive and predictive maintenance programs.
• Manage budgets, contracts, and capital projects.
• Coordinate with multiple departments to support operations.
• Ensure safety, regulatory compliance, and quality standards.
