Job summary

Integrated DNA Technologies (IDT) — part of a Danaher operating group including Aldevron — seeks a Sr. Director of Finance Operations and Manufacturing to lead financial strategy for manufacturing network.

You will partner with Operations, Supply Chain, Quality, Engineering and Commercial to drive profitability and capital decisions, including product costing and ERP initiatives. The role reports to the CFO and requires 15+ years in manufacturing finance, with on-site preference; located in the

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business or related field; MBA or CPA preferred.
• 15+ years of progressive Finance leadership experience in manufacturing/operations/supply chain.
• Experience in multi-site regulated manufacturing environments (biotech/pharma/CDMO/medical devices).
• Deep expertise in product costing, standard costing, cost accounting, COGS, and profitability analysis.
• Strong P&L management, inventory optimization, forecasting and S&OP.
• Experience with ERP systems, enterprise reporting, KPI dashboards, and financial modeling.
• Able to influence senior stakeholders and establish disciplined operating mechanisms.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the senior Finance partner to Operations and Manufacturing for IDT and Aldevron.
• Improve cost, capacity, quality, delivery, working capital, and profitability performance.
• Design and scale product costing, standard costing, and profitability frameworks.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to drive capacity and investment decisions.
• Lead transformation, integration and continuous improvement within Finance.
• Build and develop a high-performing Operations Finance team.
