Integrated DNA Technologies (IDT) is seeking a Sr. Director of Finance Operations and Manufacturing to lead financial strategy for IDT and Aldevron operations.

You will partner with operations, supply chain and engineering to improve cost, capacity, quality, delivery and profitability across a multi-site network. The role reports to the CFO and requires 15+ years in finance leadership within regulated manufacturing, with strong product costing, standard costing and ERP experience.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as the senior Finance partner to Operations and Manufacturing across IDT and Aldevron, connecting operational execution to financial outcomes, enterprise value and strategic decision-making.
• Build and lead financial operating mechanisms that improve visibility to cost, capacity, quality, delivery, inventory, working capital and profitability.
• Design, strengthen, and scale product costing, standard costing, cost accounting, COGS, absorption costing, inventory valuation and profitability frameworks.
• Partner with Operations, Supply Chain, Quality, Engineering, Commercial, R&D and Corporate Finance to identify risks and drive better business decisions.
• Support capital deployment, capacity expansion, manufacturing network planning, ERP implementation and investment decisions with rigorous financial analysis.
