Job summary

Integrated DNA Technologies seeks a Sr. Director of Finance Operations and Manufacturing to align operational performance with financial outcomes across IDT and Aldevron.

You will build scalable costing and profitability capabilities and partner with Operations, Supply Chain, Quality, and Engineering. The role requires deep manufacturing finance expertise, strategic business partnering, and a track record of leading transformations in regulated environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business or related field; MBA or CPA preferred.
• 15+ years of progressive Finance leadership experience in manufacturing/operations/supply chain.
• Experience in multi-site regulated manufacturing environments (biotech/pharma/CDMO).
• Deep expertise in product costing, standard costing, COGS management, variance analysis, inventory valuation, profitability analysis.

Responsibilities

• Serve as senior Finance partner to Operations and Manufacturing across IDT and Aldevron.
• Lead financial operating mechanisms to improve visibility of cost, capacity, quality, and profitability.
• Design and scale product costing, standard costing, and cost accounting frameworks.
• Collaborate with cross-functional leaders to drive investment decisions and capital deployment.
• Drive forecast accuracy, KPI governance, and executive reporting across a complex manufacturing footprint.
• Lead Transformation and continuous improvement initiatives within Finance Operations.
