Integrated DNA Technologies, a Danaher portfolio company, seeks a Sr. Director of Finance Operations and Manufacturing to align financial strategy with manufacturing performance across IDT and Aldevron.
You will partner with Operations, Supply Chain, Quality and Engineering to strengthen cost controls, capacity planning and profitability, while guiding enterprise-wide transformation. The role requires deep manufacturing finance expertise, strong leadership, and hands-on experience with standard
Formación
- Bachelor’s degree in finance or related field; MBA/CPA preferred.
- 15+ years of progressive finance leadership in manufacturing or regulated ops.
- Experience with multi-site operations, biotech or medical devices environments.
- Deep expertise in costing, COGS, variance, inventory valuation and profitability.
Responsabilidades
- Lead finance operations for IDT and Aldevron manufacturing networks.
- Improve cost visibility, capital deployment, and profitability metrics.
- Develop product costing, standard costing, and cost accounting frameworks.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business decisions and transformation.
- Build and mentor a high-performing Finance Operations team.
