Job summary

Integrated DNA Technologies (IDT) and Aldevron are seeking a Sr. Director of Finance Operations and Manufacturing to align operational performance with financial outcomes.

You will drive cost, capacity, quality, and profitability improvements across the integrated manufacturing network and partner with Operations, Supply Chain, Quality, Engineering, and executives. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business required.
• MBA or CPA preferred for senior leadership.
• 15+ years of progressive finance leadership in manufacturing contexts.
• Experience with multi-site operations in regulated industries (biotech/pharma/medical devices).
• Deep expertise in product costing, standard costing, cost accounting, and profitability analysis.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and transform finance operations.

Responsibilities

• Serve as senior Finance partner to Operations and Manufacturing across IDT and Aldevron.
• Build and lead financial operating mechanisms to improve cost, capacity, quality, and profitability.
• Design and scale product costing, standard costing, and inventory valuation frameworks.
• Collaborate with cross-functional leaders to drive strategic business decisions.
• Lead transformation initiatives, governance, and KPI reporting across a complex footprint.
• Develop a high-performing Finance Business Partner team across IDT and Aldevron.
