Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; MBA or CPA preferred.
• 15+ years of progressive Finance leadership experience in manufacturing/ops environments, with 5+ years leading leaders.
• Experience supporting multi-site operational finance in biotech/pharma/medical device or regulated manufacturing.
• Deep expertise in product costing, standard costing, cost accounting, COGS management, variance analysis, inventory valuation, profitability analysis.
• Strong P&L management, forecasting, S&OP processes, and capital deployment experience.
• Experience with ERP systems, enterprise reporting, KPI dashboards, and advanced financial modeling.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the senior Finance partner to Operations and Manufacturing across IDT and Aldevron, connecting operational execution to financial outcomes, enterprise value, and strategic decision-making.
• Build and lead financial operating mechanisms that improve visibility to cost, capacity, quality, delivery, inventory, working capital, and profitability.
• Design, strengthen, and scale costing, standard costing, cost accounting, variance analysis, and profitability frameworks.
• Partner with Operations, Supply Chain, Quality, Engineering, Commercial, R&D, and Corporate Finance to identify risks and drive better decisions.
• Support capital deployment, capacity expansion, manufacturing network planning, ERP implementation, and investment decisions with rigorous analysis and business cases.
• Lead Finance through transformation, integration, and continuous improvement with standard work and accountable processes.
• Build, coach, and develop a high-performing Operations Finance team across IDT and Aldevron.
